Exciting international student position supporting the Sales Operation in LIXIL, representing our GROHE brand.

In Sales Operations we are at the center of the entire business, our responsibility includes, business development, process development, Sales Force management etc. We work with all departments within the company, and as such there is ample opportunity to form connections with other departments all over our region stretching over Central Asia, the Middle East, North Africa and Europe.

We are currently looking for a colleague for our team to support on these areas:

SalesForce CRM: Data management

  • Support EMENA markets with:
    • Rating of customers in SalesForce CRM 
    • Secure correct sales rep to each customer in SalesForce CRM
  • General Master Data quality check and update: ex. Use of Correct channel, avoid duplicates etc
  • Produce EASY ONEPAGER manuals for sales reps on use of Salesforce CRM
  • Creating ad hoc reports on Salesforce CRM and Excel. Ex: Track registration of Distribution in different stores/outlets

 

SalesForce CRM: KPI controlling 

  • Sales cycles preparation and maintenance, including ad hoc KPI target adjustments when needed by markets
  • Sending out of Weekly KPI status report on Mondays
  • Optimizing excel reporting
  • SalesForce CRM Dashboards development and maintenance
  • Weekly update of KPI status reports (Country Hitlists) for the salescycle KPIs
  • Support the different countries KPIs registrations in SalesForce CRM
  • Detection and correction of wrong registration linked to SalesCycle KPI’s and RATINGs of customers in SalesForce CRM   

 

SharePoint 

  • User and access management to online sharing platform for sales support material for all salesreps in EMENA

These are the basic tasks that must be covered, once these are mastered there will be opportunity to work on projects that have a more operational and strategic focus 

 

The ideal candidate

  • Must be able to work on Mondays
  • You are a university student with relevant study area within Business or Economics
  • You have at least two years left for instance third year bachelor
  • You take responsibility for your work areas and work independently but also as a part of teams
  • You are curious and with a desire to learn new things fast
  • You some experience with Excel and Office in general
  • You can understand and speak English at a professional level
  • Additional languages are also an advantage, but not required
  • Able to come to the Copenhagen office on a regular basis.
