We are looking for a HR Analytics & Controlling Apprentice to join our team!

 

Our Faurecia Seating BG is looking for a HR Analytics & Controlling Apprentice for its Headquarters based in Nanterre.

 

Part of Faurecia Seating Human Resources Team, you will report to the BG C&B and HR Controller Manager and work in close collaboration with the worldwide HR Division Controllers. It’s a unique opportunity to quickly drive your skills.

 

You will be working on challenges that matter

 

Your main missions:

 

  • Manage Monthly controlling (consolidating inputs from our divisions, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the HR reporting, …) & lead reviews with Divisions to acquire a precise overview of the perimeter and the changes past, present & futures.
  • Coordinate HR yearly controlling in building the 5-year Strategic Plan of Faurecia Seating (scenario, geographical/product footprint, headcount, and costs impacts, talent/competencies impacts), create HR Budget through analyzing headcount and costs evolutions of our divisions to support the implementation of our global strategy then consolidate the Annual Social Report (“Bilan Social”)
  • Go into analysis: Alert on deviations, tendencies, influence forecasted evolutions directly with divisions & offer solutions in line with business trends. Use SMART KPIs monitoring power.
  • Support the BG HR Team in any projects, member of reduced team for sensitive plans
  • Answer to Board and Directors requests of analysis (transversal comparisons, functions split, …)
  • Coordinate the Restructuring plans with Divisions (Headcount, Profit & Loss and Cash impacts of social costs/write-off)

 

In addition to the main missions, you need to manage your schedule to include these key tasks:

  • Animate network of Division controllers to empower engagement. Out of BG scope, favor regular exchanges with other BGs and with the Group Controlling team
  • Improve tools (dashboards, reporting files for sites, automatize) & train teams to technical skills (Excel, SmartView module, PowerBi, METIS/MAGRITTE, PASS)
  • HRIS support to employees (ticketing level 2 especially on PASS software) & answer to the demands of Group HRIS team to ensure better data quality & improve the systems

The ideal candidate for us:

  • Master 1 or 2 (HR, Business, Finance)
  • Fluent in English (working language)
  • Mastery of MS Office, knowledge of Power Bi
  • Analytical, rigorous and detailed oriented
  • Real willingness to support, share & be proactive
  • Ability to work in a matrix organization and international context
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
