Our aim is to remain the hyper-responsive, results-oriented client service organisation we’ve been since the early days. Generally speaking, everyone at AlphaSights falls into one of two categories.
The Client Service Team sits at the nexus between our clients and senior industry practitioners - our ‘Expert Advisors’. Everyone here operates in ‘always-on’ mode, responding to our clients’ needs for fast access to highly specific expertise. At the entry level, a typical day will include taking client briefs, researching sectors and individuals, identifying, engaging and assessing experts, and recommending and connecting them to our clients.
