Job Description

Job Title: Salesforce BA
Location: Fort Mill, SC (Remote till Covid ends)
o Leading clients through workshops to discover, define, and prioritize requirements.
o Analyzing the existing business & system domain then recommending changed or new business processes.
o Documenting requirements concisely and precisely using your technical knowledge to translate those requirements into a clear system design.
o Creating and managing the execution of tests cases as required.
o Defining and delivering training for end users and system administrators.
o Helping the project manager define success criteria, scope, schedules, and deliverables for the engagement.
o Collaborate with counterparts in IT (project, development, QA managers) and development resources to create and validate business requirements and project specification documents
Core Skills and Experience:
  • 8 + years’ experience (6+ years’ for Business Analyst) as business analyst with experience of all stages of the software development lifecycle
  • 4 + years of hands on experience in Sales Cloud / Service Cloud / Experience Cloud as well as Lightning Implementations
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce ecosystem including experience on creating business processes between different business systems
  • Experience soliciting, gathering, analyzing, user input and requirements
  • Experience creating wireframe documents, and with information architecture
  • Experience collaborating with business stakeholders, business process owners, technical project managers and technical teams to execute business analysis tasks

Soft Skills:
o Strong presentation/public speaking skills
o Strong verbal/written communication and data presentation skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams.
o Detail orientation with the ability to rapidly learn and take advantage of new concepts, business models, and technologies
o History at another consulting firm and/or time spent within a large enterprise
o An appreciation of different delivery methodologies (waterfall, flavors of agile)
o Familiar with onshore/offshore delivery model
o Salesforce App builder Certification, Admin Certification
o Salesforce Consultant Certifications (Sales Cloud , Service Cloud , Experience Cloud)
