The ChangeMaker Programme 

Our Audit & Assurance Graduate Programme is tailored for graduates aspiring to develop in the field of auditing. In Audit & Assurance, we offer career opportunities which allow you to express your full potential – to grow, to be challenged and empowered in an international environment. We will take you on a journey that will prepare you to use, enhance and challenge the way we think and do auditing now and in the future.

Furthermore, we will ensure that you get hands-on experience with auditing, ensuring that you can provide value for our clients.

Your team

In Audit & Assurance, we focus on solving the issues of our clients and, thus, our auditors focus on specific markets segments and industries. Therefore, you will need to work out where you belong and will have the opportunity to create most impact. This means you will have plenty of possibilities and, through dialogue, we will help you decide which of our client segments you are best qualified for and most motivated to serve. At Deloitte, you will meet a diverse segment of clients from small and medium-sized enterprises (SME), publicly regulated institutions, private companies, financial companies to listed companies. Hence, our client segments are divided and handled by the departments Dynamic (SME), MidMarket, Public, FSI and TopTier, respectively. Whatever clients you will be working with, we will ensure you are set up for success.

You can become part of our Audit & Assurance Graduate Programme at different stages in your career. We picture you as either still studying or having completed a Master’s degree within Economics & Business in Auditing, a BSc in Economics and Business (HA), a Graduate Diploma (HD), a BSc of Financial Management and Services, an Academy Profession Degree Programme in Financial Management, or another financial education. Moreover, you can also apply to be a ChangeMaker, if you have completed your education at the VI-Form Business College (HHX).

As a person you are curious and passionate about developing your skills within auditing and client relations. You are ambitions and enjoy learning and challenging the status quo in a humble manner. Finally, if you have an interest in digital, innovative and creative solutions and have the capability to use this as lever for business, you are one step ahead.
