A career with a human touch
We know just how important it is to put people first. It requires a team of different perspectives working together to understand patients – who they are, and what they need. It demands the flexibility to build our best selves outside of work, so we can bring them to work.
Parexel is in the business of improving the world’s health. We do this by providing a suite of biopharmaceutical services that help clients across the globe transform scientific discoveries into new treatments. From clinical trials to regulatory, consulting, and market access, our therapeutic, technical, and functional ability is underpinned by a deep conviction in what we do.
Headquartered near Boston, Massachusetts and in Durham, North Carolina, and supporting clients in more than 100 countries, our almost 16,000 employees are united by one simple fact. We care. We’re not just the people with brains, we’re the people with heart. At the heart of getting medicines to those who need them.
Working where it works for you
At Parexel, we value the work-life balance of our colleagues, and to support them, we offer a flexible approach to work that meets your personal needs while maintaining quality delivery for patients. What’s your preference? In-office, home-based, or a mix? Choose the right work arrangement for you! Depending on your role and location, working remotely, in an office (or in a hybrid model) is a viable work arrangement consistent with Parexel’s approach to fostering an inclusive, flexible and productive work environment.

A career with a human touch
For us, it all starts and ends with the patient – their hopes, needs, struggles – and dreams. In everything our teams do, from gene therapy to vaccine trials, they know they’re making a real difference. Bringing change across the globe – that’s what drives us to continue accomplishing great things. It’s what drives us to do everything With Heart™.
And that’s just the start of why you’ll love working here.
Here are a few other great reasons to join the team:
Work that puts patients first
Perspective matters. Each day, we’re working toward building a deeper connection and understanding with those who count on us. With your knowledge, you’ll help make a life-changing difference for patients around the world when they need it most.
Work that accelerates healthcare
Our employees are transforming millions of patients’ lives by questioning the status quo and connecting with a team that’s making bold decisions. The results? They’ve helped develop almost 99% of the 200 top-selling biopharmaceuticals on the market.
Work that helps you grow
Every patient is different, and new challenges call for creative solutions. Rare diseases, cell therapy, immunology – our fast-paced environment and the diversity of medical fields we touch give multiple opportunities for you to excel and discover where your skills can take you. In fact, roughly 30 percent of our job openings get filled by current employees who have taken what they’ve learned to continue growing their careers.
Work that values teamwork
Our employees thrive on a collaborative spirit – we trust in each other as much as we trust in ourselves. The ability to innovate and solve the patients’ toughest problems wouldn’t be possible without bringing people of diverse talents and skills together. Their many perspectives are what make everyone’s success possible.
Work that gets rewarded
We know how important it is to put people first, and that includes our own. Every project is a life-changing achievement for every person involved. So we celebrate them, the people behind them, and everything they did to accomplish their goals.
Work that embraces flexibility
Sure, we work hard, but we have the flexibility and support to pursue our best lives, too. In today’s fast-paced, globally-connected world, we need space to balance our jobs with our personal responsibilities and interests outside of work. That way, we can put our full attention on our projects – ultimately supporting the patient when they need it most.
At Parexel we strive for an inclusive environment that invites colleagues to bring their authentic selves and talents to work on a daily basis — and where all colleagues feel valued, respected, and supported for who they are. We support inclusion through the global, business unit, and steering committees in every major business location, and through extensive leadership development training and programming.
