Intel's Logic Technology Development (LTD) organization is advancing our legacy of delivering Moore's Law amidst new, unprecedented challenges. The Specialty ALD Materials team focuses on challenging applications such as High-k gate dielectrics, High-K MIM capacitors (ie - Super MIM), workfunction tuning materials, memory materials, and novel contacts. Atomic Layer Deposition (ALD) is a key, enabling technique for developing unique materials compatible with complex 3-dimensional geometries. Our innovative fabrication processes provide elemental control at the sub-monolayer level, engineering unique electrical and structural properties to meet the needs of Intel's leading edge technologies. Responsibilities of the Technical Project Manager include:
  • Maintain expert level understanding of current and evolving hardware capabilities
  • Work with engineering teams to develop a versatile and robust maintenance infrastructure
  • Develop and improve procedures and documentation related to equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
  • Develop and oversee maintenance training programs to create a world-class support team
  • Work with equipment suppliers to transition new hardware capabilities from feasibility to HVM readiness
  • Drive continuous improvement of hardware, infrastructure, and best known maintenance methods

You must possess at least two of the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Experience listed below would be obtained through a combination of your school work/classes/research and/or relevant previous job roles and/or internship experiences.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of semiconductor manufacturing and equipment experience
  • Candidate must meet at least 2 of the following:
  • Candidate must have an Associates with 2 years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor's degree in STEM, or technical electronics / mechanical, IT field
  • 3 years of military experience in areas including electronics, mechanical, IT, engineering, mathematics or related fields
  • Relevant specialized training from a trade or vocational program in a mechanical or technical field

Preferred Qualifications
  • Minimum of 4 years working with semiconductor thin film manufacturing equipment
  • Technical communication expertise
  • + 2 years experience working with atomic layer deposition hardware
  • Project management experience
