Control and Optimisation Engineer (f/m/d) hos Porsche


  • You take on an organisational role to coordinate activities during software development
  • You follow the required quality and safety standards such as ASPICE and ASIL
  • You prepare project resource requirements based on the overall project goals
  • You take over the customer management such as communicating the status, running the project meetings, preparing meeting agendas and minutes
  • You communicate and highlight the key information required in order to allow project progress
  • You report the test results to track progress against requirements
  • You take over the management of the agile working methodology and you respond to short-term changes in the plan, while keeping a focus on the overall project goals
  • You adopt a continuous improvement mindset and you take ownership of initiatives and drive them through to completion
  • Collaborating with international project teams


  • You have successfully completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Technical Studiess, you have experience or education in Automotive Engineering, Control Engineering, Cybernetics, Computer Science or in the field of a related industry
  • You have experience with Jira, Confluence and Agile methodology
  • Your knowledge of C/C++, Python or other programming languages is an advantage
  • You have previous experience of developing Software in any industry inside a regulatory framework covering quality and safety requirements
  • Your knowledge of automotive development standards such as (A)SPICE, ISO26262, MISRA, MAAB and development tool from dSPACE / Vector / ETAS / DiagRA is considered a plus
  • Ideally, you have demonstratable project coordination skills, certification or work experience as a Software Architect, a Software Feature Owner, a Software Requirements Owner, a Software Debugger or a Software Integrator
  • You have excellent time management skills to handle multiple parallel tasks
  • You speak English very well, and German language is considered a plus
  • You’re a team player with a service-oriented working style, and as a self-confident person, you always have an eye for the essentials
  • You are flexible and willing to travel abroad/domestic, whenever it is required
