Accounts Officer hos Peninsula

The Repulse Bay is seeking for an Accounts Officer to support the daily operation of the Finance team.

Key accountabilities

  • Responsible for general ledger accounts, expenses accrual and prepare payments in an orderly manner
  • Liaise with vendors and relevant departments regarding payment and expense claim
  • Manage fixed assets registration
  • Assist in month-end and year-end closing & budgeting
  • Review subordinates' work
  • Support other accounting tasks as assigned by supervisor

General requirements

  • Degree or Diploma holder in Accounts / Finance or relevant discipline
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in accounting, preferably in a sizeable organisation
  • Detail oriented and able to work under pressure with tight schedule
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Word & Excel and experience working in SAP system is preferable
