About the role
The Student Recruiter will be responsible for a broad range of tasks supporting the recruitment team. Primary responsibility will be sourcing, and candidate connect. The role may include coordination across Various stakeholders for the entire life cycle of recruitment including posting jobs, Prescreen and aligning the candidate to the right TA member for HR screening.

Weekly calls to understand the critical roles of the week and align sourcing toward those roles. Participate in TA projects including Employment Branding, for example, Analytics. Perform other administrative tasks as needed. The opportunity to gain experience working in a global context across time zones is a plus. Experience in HR or recruitment projects is a plus.

What will you be doing?

  • Parttime role with 10-15 hrs work in a week.
  • Work with the Senior Recruiter to analyze criticality of the role and Source Suitable profiles to build a healthy pipeline of resumes.
  • Create projects on LinkedIn Talent Hub for delivery roles in EMEA roles and align them to the talent Pipeline against the respective job posting
  • Check with the team on Hot jobs for the week and align Sourcing to increase pipeline of suitable candidates.
  • Conduct strategic sourcing by leveraging online tools such as LinkedIn, Xing, Indeed etc.
  • Share feedback to all sourced/Applied candidates based on initial screening.
  • Manage Candidate Status in Talent hub and send appropriate communication to any active candidate at screen stage.
  • Understand the technical Stack used at o9 and add technical screening summary in addition to HR screening.
  • Share feedback to all sourced/Applied candidates based on initial screening.
  • Manage the Individual Timelines and deliver accordingly agreed SLA
  • Use networking opportunities within the organization to identify referrals from qualified candidates

The ideal candidate we are looking for

  • Prefer talent that is on track for a Bachelors Degree in Human Resource or Related to Supply chain Domain/Technologies or related studies in AI, Digital transformation etc.
  • Rising Junior or Senior (graduation year 2023 or 2024)
  • Master degree in related fields Recruitment/HR or SCM courses.
  • Previous work experience with a focus on customer service
  • Candidates must be available for the role from Jan 2022
  • A passion for technology, startups, and most importantly, a can-do attitude. Negativity will not fly!
  • Strong interpersonal skills and extensive experience conducting interviews
  • Experience coaching and providing feedback to interviewers and hiring managers
  • Great selling and closing skills
  • Outstanding communication skills both written and verbal
