What you can gain from the internship

You will join our dynamic HR team at an exciting time as we have embarked on a very interesting cultural transformation journey. You will play a key role in boosting our employer branding, ensuring a better onboarding experience for new employees, and carrying out our employee engagement survey.

We are looking for an HR & Communications intern, who are motivated and interested in getting experience with a wide range of areas such as:

  • Engage in a variety of tasks to improve our employer branding, e.g.:
    • Continue the development of our career site on our new webpage
    • Create exciting new content for our career webpage
    • Support our recruitment by qualifying our job posts
    • Assist in developing the employer branding strategy for 2023
    • Participate in career fairs, and career events
  • Develop our onboarding experience
    • Improve the onboarding experience through better communication.
    • Assist in the implementation process of our Onboarding module in our new HRIS system: Sympa.
    • Evaluate the current onboarding process to identify development opportunities.
  • Take part in rolling out our Employee Engagement Survey and follow up on the results.

Your key skills and qualifications, will ideally include that you:

  • Are interested in/ have experience with HR, organizational communication, and organizational development.
  • That you are proactive. You will join our HR team, which supports a fast-growing business, so using your drive to acquire information at your own initiative is a plus.
  • Enjoy having co-responsibility and administer your time and tasks.
  • Want to qualify your content-creating skills e.g., So-Me, Video, etc.
  • Want to develop competencies and knowledge within HR & Communications.
  • Are comfortable communicating in English in both written and spoken, Danish is an advantage but not required.
  • Know your way around the usual IT suspects (e.g., M365).

We imagine that you are studying a relevant master’s or bachelor’s degree e.g., in Communication, Human Resources, Business psychology, People Development or similar studies, and are looking for a full-time internship with an expected start up this Autumn 2022 as part of your studies.
