As a Project Engineering Intern at UTC Aerospace Systems, you will support the Airframe Products (AFP) Project Chiefs Organization on the Flight Control Computer (FCC) development and sustaining programs. Essential Responsibilities
The Project Engineering Intern shall be responsible for:
  • Assist with entry and tracking of Standard Work closure and preparation for Passport Reviews
  • Create and maintain project schedules
  • Track action items and assist in driving issues to closure
  • Support closure of hardware production issues and participate in RCCA activities
  • Process Engineering Changes, Deviations and maintain Work Package Instructions (WPI’s) as necessary
  • Participate in lab testing of Hardware and Software
  • Participate in weekly staff meetings

  • Must be pursuing a Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering from an accredited university or college

Qualifications: Basic:
  • Must be pursuing a Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering from an accredited university or college
  • Must have completed at least 30 credit hours of college coursework by May 2019 –
  • GPA of 3.0 or above is required.
  • Must be willing to work 40 hours per week
