Fiat Chrysler Automobiles is seeking a Proposal Development Incentives Analyst to work in our Sales and Marketing Finance group at our Headquarters and Technical Center in Auburn Hills, MI.

What You’ll Do

This position is responsible for:

  • Developing cost estimates for incentive programs in support of the US Retail sales strategy
  • Providing financial guidance as part of a cross-functional team spanning Finance, Sales Operations, and Brand Marketing
  • Ensuring the national and regional incentive tactics are cost effective and profitable
  • Maintaining the incentives forecast
  • Utilizing internal and external data to influence business strategy
  • Evaluating margin impact of incentive proposals
  • Assessing historical performance and future cost of incentive programs
  • Estimating share and contribution impact of incentive proposals
  • Participating in regularly occurring reviews with Sales, Brand, and Finance executive leadership
  • Delivering incentive cost estimates, margin reporting, and monthly program reporting for executive consumption
  • Performing special business case studies

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of related
  • Knowledge of automotive industry and key practices
  • Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to change
  • Skilled in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong analytical, communication, and critical thinking skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA or MS in Finance or Accounting
  • Financial forecasting experience
  • Knowledge of Essbase
  • Prior incentives related experience
