Digital Technology Student Program:

The Digital Technology student program enables candidates to leverage their own individual skills and interests to create technical deliverables with a specific area of focus. A successful candidate will gain hands-on experience working among technology leaders and fellow students and will be trusted to deliver technical solutions aligned with our digital strategy. We believe that our employees should be equally capable of technical mastery and leadership skills. Basic Qualifications:

  • Completion of sophomore year at an accredited university by 2021
  • Majoring in Computer Science, Data Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Cyber Security, Information Technology, or related field
  • Various technical proficiencies with a passion to learn new things
  • Ability to work well individually and in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • GPA of 3.0 or higher (based on a 4.0 scale)
  • Strong interest in automotive industry
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Problem solving experience
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Interest in working within an office or manufacturing environment
  • Display of strong leadership characteristics
