About Enterprise Service Management
When you become part of the Enterprise Service Management team, you will be joining a team of highly skilled and qualified consultants. Our team is on a rapid growth path with the motivation to be the most established Enterprise Service Management team in Denmark within the next year. The energy levels are high and we learn and have fun every day at work.
We enable and support our customers to solve both minor and major issues on their Enterprise Service Management journeys. We do this by providing advice in strategy, governance models, defining services and processes, but also by doing the practical implementation in ServiceNow.
You will be learning together with your fellow graduates where empowering and supporting each other will be a part of your everyday work. Besides spending time preparing for your training sessions and KPMG courses, you will also be participating in proposals, meetings with clients and supporting our clients in solving their problems and challenges.

About you, our newest team member
We are looking for candidates who have finished their masters within the last year or who are about to finish. You are looking to add more tools to your personal toolbox – technical solutions, process and services understanding and consulting skills. You are curious about how to enable customers to efficiently deliver and track their services with user-friendly digital solutions powered by ServiceNow.
You can also recognize yourself in some of the below:
You have a keen interest in IT, system configurations and development of IT solutions
You can understand and solve client problems and translate them into requirements
You are not afraid of complex technology and have the motivation to learn more within this area
You have an interest in or experience within ServiceNow as a platform
You have been working within IT management and have customer experience from here
You have Enterprise Service Management and Consultancy insights
You have good communication skills in English (Danish is an added bonus but not a requirement)
