We are looking for talented cloud infrastructure engineer to join the Juniper Support Insights team and develop our rapidly growing portfolio of cloud solutions.
Juniper Support Insights extends AI-driven support to Juniper devices, giving IT and network operations teams actionable operational health insights across their entire network. As a member of this team you will be working on cutting edge cloud technologies, build infrastructure as code and enable large scale deployments


  • Build software and systems to manage platform infrastructure and applications
  • Improve reliability, quality, and time-to-market of our suite of software solutions
  • Measure and optimize system performance, with an eye toward pushing our capabilities forward, getting ahead of customer needs, and innovating to continually improve
  • Provide primary operational support and engineering for multiple large distributed software applications
  • Gather and analyze metrics from both operating systems and applications to assist in performance tuning and fault finding
  • Partner with development teams to improve services through rigorous testing and release procedures
  • Participate in system design consulting, platform management, and capacity planning
  • Balance feature development speed and reliability with well-defined service level objectives
  • Strong experience in automating CI/CD & application deployment using various tools like GitLab, Jenkins, and AWS.
  • Setup and write scripts to deploy applications on Dev, QA, production environment in AWS (preferred).
  • Worked on CI/CD pipeline for code deployment by engaging different tools (Git, Jenkins) in the process right from developer code check-in to Production deployment
  • Experience in micro services application deployment on Kubernetes, Spring boot etc
  • Ability to debug issues (simple functional to scale/performance) in micro services application in Cloud and handoff to Engineering teams for further analysis
  • Extensive experience in developing and maintaining build, deployment scripts for test, Staging and Production environments using ANT, Maven, Shell and Perl Scripts.
  • Constantly update & upgrade the CI/CD as well as AWS/Customer deployment of software application based on scale/performance/stability including sizing of application infrastructure components.
  • Maintained high Availability clustered and standalone server environments and refined automation component with scripting and configuration management (using tools like Ansible, etc.,.).
  • Experience in working on version controller tools like GitHub (GIT), Subversion (SVN) and software builds tools like Jenkins, Apache Maven, Apache Ant.
  • Work with QA team and production support team to ensure the system operating at premium condition.

Required Skills:
  • Candidate with around 8+ Years of experience in IT industry comprising of running a production environment in Cloud, Monitoring Health, Availability
  • Experience in AWS, GCP, Azure deployment of software applications will be an added advantage.
  • Experienced in Automating, Configuring and deploying instances on AWS, GCP, Azure environments and onPrem
  • Familiar with EC2, Cloud watch, Cloud Formation, Terraform and managing security groups on AWS.
  • Hands-on Experience in configuration of Network architecture on AWS with VPC, Subnets, Internet gateway, NAT, Route table, Security aspects.
  • Responsible for ensuring Systems & Network Security, maintaining performance and setting up monitoring using Cloud Watch and Prometheus>
