You’ll support the development and maintenance of our global maintenance plans, inspection procedures, and data analyses. You’ll be a key player in providing integrity reporting and risk management.

Welcome to Asset Integrity Management

You’ll be part of Blades and Structural team where you, together with your colleagues, will participate in planning of inspection and maintenance campaigns across our global fleet, perform assessment of incoming data from the fleet to be able to create integrity reporting and risk management across the fleet, as well as actively work on problem solving on potential failures or risk in the fleet. Failure and risk handling is done by running and supporting DMAIC projects, managing and influencing internal and external stakeholders to ensure best O&M practise is implemented across the fleet. As a team, we have a global setup and a global mindset. We work across different regions and cultures in the world. This makes our daily work highly interesting and varying

You’ll play an important role in:

  • performing assessment of inspection data and supporting the operations in making inspection campaigns efficient
  • supporting our highly skilled innovation and R&D teams, to facilitate implementation of best practises across our fleet
  • performing risk assessment on operating fleet related to structural components and risk handling by supporting or even running DMAICs on specific failures
  • assisting with product management and administrative operations.

To succeed in the role, you:

  • are currently studying structural engineering at bachelor level
  • are good at both collaborating and communicating within a team and towards other stakeholders
  • are responsible and structured and can navigate a fast-moving work environment
  • have an interest in operations and maintenance of components and are ready to assist our company in our agile transformation
  • thrive in an international environment and are fluent in English.
